Voltral emulgel by Novartis is a non-steroidal drug that is composed of Diclofenac Sodium used as NSAID. The method of treatment by this drug is quite similar to flurbiprofen and is being used to reduce the pain.

This gel goes in deep into the skin and gives relief to the area of pain. This gel comes in the form of a tube of 20, 40, and 50 grams. Talking about the voltral emulgel dose, it depends on the severity of injury or pain.

Some major precautions should be always taken before the intake of any medicine. Some questions regarding the precautions include the reactions to the patient that is allergic to dicloran.
Most doctors avoid recommending this gel to pregnant ladies as it may threaten the mental and physical development of the child.
